We were approached by the friendly beer truck attendee while ordering our tacos nearby and pointed to one of the heated rooms to enjoy our lunch...very kind of him. They've got a nice variety of trucks and places to sit, including a larger room (currently set up for an upcoming birthday party). Great truck court. :) ”

“ This place had some great carts to check out. We went on a Sunday early afternoon and most carts were open and only a handful of customers. Which means plenty to choose from and very little wait. There's a cool nautical theme that is just a bit run down. Cool place that just needs more upkeep. ”

“ Before my recent travels to Portland and the surrounding area, I kept hearing about these popular food cart pods scattered throughout the city... I'm a big fan of food truck events in the bay area, so I had to check out at least one of these foodie sites during my time in the Pacific Northwest. The setting was cute and quirky with plenty of seating available in several different areas. The decor including xmas ornaments and lighting (in August) as well as a cool boat in the middle. Individual businesses have varying hours, but some seemed to not honor their listed hours, and food carts like Halibut's and Melt were closed on a Sunday afternoon. But there were still several great options to choose from including sushi, philly cheesesteaks, and indian cuisine. Coffee and alcohol available as well. We ended up getting lamb and beef kebabs from PDX Donerland, and it was delicious, along with friendly service. Parking was easy to find too, probably cuz there were hardly any visitors while we were there. ”

“ Aesthetically, Piedmont Station is probably the coolest food cart pod in Portland. Everything about the décor is fantastic, from the slightly-claustrophobic lanes running between the "rustic"-looking, junkyard-chic dining shacks, the decorative lighting, spray misters for hot, sunny summer days, and even a boat-turned-dining table, you're unlikely to find a pod with more soul that this one. Couple that with some live music, and a fantastic array of cuisine choices, a coffee cart and a beer shack, makes this collection of culinary carts my new favorite! Sadly, like many other pods, some carts don't honor the operating hours that are listed online (whether it be Yelp, Google, or their own websites); an experience we encountered once again when attempting to visit a specific cart. But that just means we get to branch out and try something else, and we were very much satisfied with our alternative, the eminently excellent Halibut's. Piedmont Station is worth a visit for ambiance alone, but the perks and provisions for purchase, promote his pod to peak palate-pleasing preeminence! ”

“ What a great little food cart pod! Lots of variety - you can basically find whatever food tickles your fancy. Lots of seating, outdoors and indoors. Arcade and play areas for kids of different ages. I had the BBQ truck, which was just meh, my friend had the rotisserie chicken place and got chicken and waffles that she really enjoyed. Will definitely return and try something new. I went in a Friday and there was a live band, that was actually really good - very enjoyable Friday evening. Good place to hang for a while and satisfy everyone's cravings. ”

“ This is my favorite food cart pod in Portland! It has so many great options with sweet, friendly people working at each stand. We got tacos at Mahi Taco and a döner kebap at Dönerland. And two beers but I can't remember the name. But it's the only beer spot, you can't miss it next to Mahi Taco. I've also had the cannoli from Bari and it's the best I've ever had. My cousin and I came here on a beautiful fall Saturday around 1:30pm and there was nooobody there. It was so awesome! We really got to enjoy the place and take it all in. Love the boat table, fun statues, vines, and all the nooks to hang out in! ”

“ Ok...forgive me in the advance that I do not recall the name of the truck. HOWEVER... they are the only food truck in the area station of its kind. My inner big girl went in on a raining Sunday in Portland!! So much so that I only stopped to get ONE picture! Sorry. Anyhow, on the menu- Fried fish & Shrimp Shrimp Po Boy - pictured Dirty Mac & Cheese - It was fire! Gave us so much we ate the left overs for lunch the next day. Fried chicken wings - on point If you're ever in a food adventure in Portland. Go out of your way to get here! ”
